New Month New Habit

Make A List of New Habits. 

Brainstorm for new habits. Make a daily to-do list each morning. Limit your phone calls to five minutes. Limit the time you spend on Facebook daily, read a chapter per day of that new book. Keep an idea notebook with you at all times and record your thoughts and ideas. Start exercising daily or more often, start sharing with others, visit the sick in the hospital, offer a hand of help to a needy one. Spend a little more time with your kids and wife. Habits Decide Your Future.

On the other hand, those bad habits that you really know, is a dark veil to your advancement and success in life, must be dealt with accordingly. Throw away the bad habits and embrace new excellent habits.
